More Role Play!

Remember the post I shared about my son role-playing painting workers? Well, he recently has a new obsession with his role-playing game.

It began with his visit to the fire station.

But I think what really inspired him was his recent close brush with bronchitis - he suddenly realised he has some ready ‘tools’ that will help him dress up as a fireman…

My little firefighter with “oxygen tank” on his back and “water hose” to put out the fire. He also has the mask, which is hanging around his neck.

I wonder what’s next after the fireman. He has the doctor set and has been to the paediatrician’s many times but he hasn’t shown any keen interest in that role. But I’m still daydreaming about nurturing a doctor and getting some free age-erasing treatments done on my face!

Thank you! I believe all kids can be really creative, we just need to give them the freedom to express themselves or try out their ideas.

He is so cute in his new outfit. His imagination runs wild!
I hope he fulfils your dream and gives you those fair treatments. Ah, but you dont need them anyway. You are gorgeous too!

Thanks Purnima! Eager to see what roles he plays next :) I think I’ll definitely need those treatments in another decade or two!
